Aldo Antolli, a leader in Tasmania's social services sector, was born to a Croatian refugee father who fled Communist rule in Yugoslavia and an Italian mother escaping post-World War II Europe. Aldo's father contributed to the construction of the Snowy Mountain Scheme as an engineer.

Aldo transitioned from a successful career in small business and financial services to become the CEO of Pathways Tasmania, a registered charity. Armed with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from the United States, he leads initiatives freeing those from adult drug addiction and provides vital support and shelter for homeless teenagers, ensuring a brighter future for those in need.

Married to Maxine, a local high school teacher, and raising two teenage daughters, the Antolli family embrace the vibrant lifestyle of their local community. Aldo's dedication extends to local government, where he serves as a prominent and popular Kingborough Councillor, showcasing his ability to collaborate with progressives while upholding conservative values.

As a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Aldo directed the first shared equity social housing firm, Storehouse Managed Investments, and fostered the notable growth of Pathways Tasmania since 2016. His dedication to community development is highlighted by staunch support for local sports, community radio, and initiatives like the AFL team and stadium proposals. Aldo's varied experience and steadfast commitment to those in need make him an ideal candidate for representing the people of Franklin.
