Edwin Johnstone was born and raised in Hobart’s northern suburbs and has lived and worked in the Clark electorate his entire life.
A proud sixth-generation Tasmanian, Edwin is a dedicated small business advocate and respected community leader. He brings two decades of experience as a small business owner and serves as Chair of the Confederation of Greater Hobart Business, giving voice to local businesses and championing practical solutions for a thriving economy.
In addition to running his own business, Edwin has worked across both the public and private sectors, with a background in health, communications, and IT.
He knows that small businesses are the engine room of our local economy and that a strong, stable majority Rockliff Liberal Government is essential to their success.
We need leadership that delivers stability, backs jobs, and listens to the community. And that’s exactly what Jeremy Rockliff and the Liberal team will deliver, and we know there’s more to be done.
Let’s get on with it in Clark.
Let’s finish the job for Tasmania.
