Justin Derksen lives with his family in the Derwent Valley, operating a successful building business in New Norfolk. Justin understands hard work, beginning as an apprentice himself and growing his building business to be multi-award winning.
He’s passionate about youth development and the great outdoors, having volunteered with the Australian Army Cadets for 20 years. He’s interested in developing policy relating to housing and construction, apprenticeships and training, as well as tourism, renewable energy, small business and mental health.
Justin knows how to run a successful small business and gives back to the community through jobs for Tasmanians. He is looking forward to providing service to his community, through his work in the seat of Lyons but also to the entire state of Tasmania.
