Lara Hendriks has had an extensive career working in senior management roles within the Tasmanian Government. Born in Queenstown on Tasmania’s west coast and now living in Devonport, Lara has led and coordinated several international trade missions for Tasmania during 2010 and 2019, also representing Australia/Tasmania in international forums overseas.

Lara sits on the Tasmanian Hydrogen Action Plan Steering Committee and the Cradle Coast Authority Regional Advisory Committee and was selected by the US Government to participate in an international Leaders Visitor program.

Lara is passionate about business, industry, trade and women’s advocacy and understands the challenges faced by businesses having led the design and delivery of several regional and community responses on behalf of Government after closures and natural disasters.
