Labor’s internal war highlights lack of leadership

Former Labor leaders are lining up to slam Labor’s lack of leadership and inability to make decisions.

First it was Paul Lennon who publicly intervened in Labor’s pre-selection highlighting the party’s deep left-right split.

Today it’s David Bartlett who has slammed the faceless men from the unions in charge, while Rebecca White is nowhere to be seen.

In an extraordinary move Labor has extended its nomination period for Bass, Clark and Braddon, while Rebecca White simply cannot make a decision whether Dean Winter will even be allowed to run or not.

Has Labor reached out to former Premier Lara Giddings for a view?

Only a majority Gutwein Liberal Government has a clear plan and the firm leadership required to Secure Tasmania’s Future.
