Yesterday indecisive Labor Leader Rebecca White failed to meet her own self-imposed deadline to resolve the Dean Winter saga.

At a press conference yesterday morning, Ms White said:

“This has got to stop, and I’ll be having further conversations throughout the course of today, and I’m going to be making a statement later this afternoon” (Rebecca White, 5 April 2021).

However, as the hours ticked by all that has been heard from Ms White is the sound of silence.

The fact that Ms White failed to honour her own commitment is yet further evidence of Labor’s campaign turmoil and infighting.
