Today we pay our deepest respects to Tasmania’s service men and women who have represented our nation with courage and bravery, and remember those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice.

Today, on ANZAC day, we join in voice and in spirit to honour them.

I encourage all Tasmanians today to take a moment of quiet reflection, and shine a light on the bravery and valour of those who have given their all to defend our state, our country and our way of life.

For those who have served and for those who have fallen.
