Shadow health spokesperson Bastian Seidel’s claims are simply untrue, it’s a matter of public record that Health spending has increased by $4 billion since we came to office in 2014. This is a 70 per cent increase.

We know there is always more to do in health and that’s why we have recruited 1500 FTE staff and have a plan to recruit 280 more, including doctors, nurses, paramedics and support services staff.
