Labor needs to keep its hands off our Hydro.

Its promise to break up Hydro and strip its assets to create a new bloated bureaucracy is a massive blow to this State’s most enduring and vital economic driver.

The plan has obviously been cooked up in a hurry by its mainland campaign headquarters who simply don’t understand Tasmania- a rip and repeat from Daniel Andrews’ Victorian campaign.

It would gut Hydro of the ability to build new generation projects, adding more bureaucrats, more red tape, and more waste of taxpayers' money.

Labor’s plan would put a wrecking ball through our Hydro.

Labor’s energy proposals are built on a massive fraud, funded by imaginary money from a sale of Tasmania’s share of the Marinus project which they bizarrely claim is a bad investment.

Labor is selling off our assets even before they are built.

Only a re-elected majority Liberal Government will save Hydro, and unshackle it to build this State’s next generation renewable energy future.
