A re-elected majority Rockliff Liberal Government will provide certainty to the Tasmanian Transport Council (TTC) with a commitment to continue to provide annual grant assistance to the organisation.

The TTC began in 1974 to provide a voice for the trucking industry and to create desirable safety, business, economic, environmental and social outcomes.

The assistance will be subject to an agreed scope, milestones, and terms and conditions under a grant deed to be negotiated.

We thank the TTC for its ongoing contributions to the industry and look forward to seeing the organisation continue in this capacity.
